Background & Previous Work
The first job I had in sports communications was serving as the student play-by-play broadcaster for football, basketball, soccer, and volleyball at Kalamazoo College. Following graduation, I worked a year in Detroit sports radio, before deciding to go back to school and get my master's degree from Syracuse.
After 14 (largely snow-free) months in central New York, my television career began in Detroit and has taken me all over the United States. Here's a list of my previous employers, along with a pair of stories from over the years:
